Exercise Therapy Toronto

These are clips from my most recent home strength and conditioning program I developed for a current trainee. The program is based on an initial video consultation. Topics of discussion include: current training program/weekly training structure, current reps and weight used for exercises, available equipment, current injuries or chronic pain, and goals. 

I developed a tailored 5 day routine, complete with detailed video instruction (professional quality audio and video), a print version of the 5 day program, and a follow-up video correspondence to guide my trainee in executing the exercises correctly. 

A program like this is typically suggested for 4-6 weeks of weekly progression before making adjustments. 

It’s rare that I deliver programs this way because nothing beats in person one-on-one instruction where I can see and feel the client’s level of effort and have a three dimensional view of how they perform exercises, but during a time when in-person interaction is limited, this method is the next best thing for a self-directed, consistent exerciser.
